NEW CONSTRUCTION:
When you visit a builder´s model, the person you meet works for the builder.  I will work for you.  As a buyer's agent, I work with most builders and will represent you in your new home purchase.
Upon entering a builder´s office, notify the builder´s representative that you are working with a Buyer´s agent.  They will contact me for follow-up! 
Once you´ve narrowed down your choices, I want to accompany you on the follow-up visits.
By using me as your Buyer´s agent, you get all the services I offer in addition to those offered by the builder. 
And there is NO cost to you as the Buyer .  
The builder has someone working for them.  You should have someone looking out for your best interest, also!

 
 
FOR SALE BY OWNERS:
Most "For Sale By Owners"  will work with Buyer´s agents.  Having a Buyer´s Agent gives you representation.
